While we maintain a non-refundable policy, we support your journey if:

• ✔ Significant rescheduling occurs on our part that conflicts with your professional commitments.
• ✔ You require a Batch Transfer due to extreme personal emergencies (Case-by-case basis).
• ✔ You have technical issues on our platform that prevent access to course materials for over 72 hours.

Non-refundable Situations

AlphaGemini reserves the right to decline refund or transfer requests in the following scenarios:

• ✘ Sharing or redistribution of proprietary course materials with unauthorized users.
• ✘ Violation of our Code of Conduct during live sessions or community forums.
• ✘ Inability to attend live sessions when recorded backups are provided.

Exceptional Refund Processing

In the rare event that a refund is authorized by the Board (e.g., course cancellation), it may take 7-12 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
