Cohort Flexibility
AlphaGemini provides one of the most flexible transfer policies in the coaching industry to support working professionals.
Program Exchange Policy
AlphaGemini specializes in high-touch mentorship. Once a student has gained access to our proprietary curriculum and live mentorship sessions, we do not offer exchanges for different programs. We encourage students to review the program syllabus carefully before enrolling.
The Batch Transfer System
We understand that professional commitments can shift. While we don't exchange programs, we do offer an Exchange of Batch (Transfer). This allows you to shift your enrollment to a later cohort if your current schedule becomes unmanageable.
Transfer Guidelines
- 1Advance Notice: Requires at least 7 days notice before the cohort start date.
- 2Processing Fee: Transfers requested after day one may incur a administrative fee.
- 3Availability: Transfers are subject to seat availability in future batches.
