1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

The services include access to structured curricula, live "hybrid" coaching sessions, hands-on assignments, and proprietary training materials.
4. User Account
When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
5. Code of Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Share login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to mentorship materials.

- Attempt to breach or bypass security mechanisms or scrape data from the Service.
- Upload or distribute any harmful software, spam, or intellectual property belonging to others.
- Engage in disruptive behavior during live sessions that hinders the learning of other participants.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice or refund.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or per-program fee. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the fees for the Services. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle or for new enrollments.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AlphaGemini and its licensors.
Our training materials, curricula, and digital assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

10. International Compliance
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
